Welcome to Valley Velocity!  Come try our summer camps, positional clinics, tune ups or our competitive club teams  We offer something for everyone!  Valley Velocity is dedicated to providing athletes of all ages opportunities to learn and develop their volleyball game.  Our staff is committed to teaching the values of teamwork, good sportsmanship, responsibility, motivation, positive self image, mental toughness and a competitive spirit. 

Valley Velocity was started in Spring of 2021 by Amy Ostrenga.  

Amy has over 20 years experience training and coaching girls ages 5 through 18.  Prior to starting Valley Velocity, Amy coached club teams with Blaze, Fox Valley Thunder, Wisconsin Volleyball Academy and Oshkosh Wave with her most successful season winning 10 medals. Amy has run high school programs at Little Chute, Manawa and Omro and was an assistant coach with St. Mary's High School.  She has also run camps and clinics for girls as young as 5 and taught small group and one on one training sessions. Amy was a freshman starting setter in high school and was offered a scholarship to play for Ripon College.
